The use of handsfree devices for phoning while driving is permitted in some countries while majority of the nations totally ban the use of phone (calling, answering and texting) while driving. The FRSC Act completely forbids the use of phone, whether with handsfree or not, while driving.

u can call or answer the phone while driving cos it could be an emergency but with caution.make the conversation as short as u can.but texting while driving is extremely dangerous and there shld be banned,u cant text and drive and the same time.
