Funmi Lawal is gone.

 


Funmi was the UNILAG Law Student who was diagnosed with malignant sarcoma, a kind of cancer at the shoulder region last year, she passed on today at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.

Notably, Don Jazzy had donated N2m for her treatment when her ailment was made public.

Her left hand had to be amputated earlier in the year, January, to save her life, but she didn't make it.

The cancer had ravaged her lungs and she had to be placed on a respirator as she was unable to breathe without support.

May her soul rest in peace.

    Eat healthy,lots of exercise,drink lots or water instead of soda. We can beat this deadly disease called cancer!
