The world's most beautiful woman makes her debut appearance..without her underwear?

The newly''crowned'' World’s Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine on Wednesday, made an appearance in this outfit with sheer side panels and clearly no underwear yesterday, at the Marvel’s Iron Man 3 Hollywood premiere.
The 40-year-old arrived on the red carpet at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles, California in a gown which looked demure from a distance.

    She has a great body for a 40year old white woman so I can't figure out why. She wore this kinda outfit on the debut of her been named the most beautiful woman.
