Would you go this far for your boss?

The 750-strong firm that finds people apartments in Manhattan and beyond pays for employees’ tattoos and gives them a hefty raise to boot.

Dozens of real estate agents in New York City have had their firm's logo inked on their bodies - in exchange for a 15 percent pay rise.

Staff at Rapid Realty who tattoo themselves with one of the company's emblems are being treated to the massive increase in their wages, reports CBS New York.
And it doesn't matter where the ink is — so some crafty workers are getting the tattoos in discreet places and still claiming the cash boost.

Owner Anthony Lolli says he came up with the idea to offer an incentive after an employee volunteered to get the logo on his body.

Anthony Lolli says workers were willing to be tattooed because they were "passionate about the brand".
But they may also be passionate about the extra 15% in commission they get for sporting a tattoo.
Anthony Lolli — who runs the 750-strong firm that finds people apartments in Manhattan and beyond — came up with the incentive when, out of the blue, a staffer got the logo tattooed.
"He calls me up, he says ‘Hey Anthony, I'm getting the logo on me.’ I show up at the shop, and I'm like, ‘This is cool, how can I repay you?’” said Lolli.

The 15 percent-raise policy applies no matter where employees get their tats — as long as they get them.

Promising to boost his pay check, he threw open the offer to other workers — with 40 now all inked up with the $300 emblem which Lolli also pays for himself.
Brooke Koropatnick, who got the logo etched behind her ear, told CBS: ‘I had a paycheck coming in what was a substantial amount of money different, so it was nice.’
Joseph Tighe, who went under the needle weeks after joining the firm, added: "My wife was a little concerned, but I said, ‘You know what? It was the best commitment I could think of.’"
And Stephanie Barry said: "I was like, ‘Why am I throwing my money away when I could give myself from a $25,000 to $40,000 for the same amount of work?’"
