Warning for the Ladies.Please read.

Nigerian Hair Vs Peruvian Hair: Which is Getting More of Your Attention?

Ladies I have a question. Why do we invest so much money and time taking care of our weave rather than our natural human hair?

We spend tons of money to buy Brazilian, Peruvian etc hair and then the stylist in the salon preaches to us to spend even more money to take care of the ''human'' hair and shoves tempting glossy looking conditioners, hair oil, special shampoos in our faces, that will work miracles and maintain our weaves rather than our natural hair.

Bassey Akan is from Akwa Ibom and this is her real hair, no weave, almost waist length
Ladies remove and re-fix weaves in quick succession without letting their real ''breathe'' or to take time and pamper their hair. But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering. - King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
A writer went further to say;  “…it is a glory to her; it is comely and beautiful; it is agreeable to her sex, she looks like herself; it becomes and adorns her
Some ladies have it easy and have luxuriant full hair while others need extra care of theirs to make a strand grow.
Nothing wrong with weaves or braids or dread locks, don't get me wrong , but we do need to care of our  natural hair too :-)
