The photos above are surveillance cameras mounted in abuja barely a year ago for over $400m and they are not working, some are already broken....like Fela sang, this is real ''Government Magic''. The contractor is settled for life and nothing happens....I no fit shout. The photos were taken by a good citizen of Naija.
