Angelina Jolie looks amazing on the World War Z red carpet: "I've been very moved by the support"

Brad Pitt might be the star of new zombie film World War Z, but on the red carpet, everyone wanted to speak to his fiancee Angelina Jolie.
She made her first red carpet appearance since she underwent a double mastectomy, and even stopped to thank fans for their kind words.

 

"I've been very happy about the open discussion about the issues," she said on tonight's red carpet, adding that because her mother died of the disease, the support of the public "meant the world to me".
Angelina looked really happy, and really, really amazing. We love her black dress, and she seemed quite keen to let Brad hog the spotlight and hurried inside the cinema after briefly talking to reporters.
Last month, she revealed that, in Feb, she had a double mastectomy, and said she wanted to talk about it to raise awareness.
Since making the announcement, Jolie has been recovering at home in Los Angeles before taking on her next project -- directing a film called "Unbroken."
"I do not feel any less of a woman," she wrote after the op. "I feel empowered that I made a strong choice that in no way diminishes my femininity."
Brad called her decision "heroic" and even the World War Z producer Dede Gardner said she was "great": "With Angelina, he's got a great partner," she said. "They treat each chapter as the next leg on their journey."
Yesterday, Brad made a surprise appearance at a screening of the film, and tonight, Muse play a special gig in St James's Park for the premiere.
