The menu at Lough Erne in Northern Ireland kicks off with a Kilkeel crab salad followed by braised shin of kettyle beef.
That was backed up by apple crumble for dessert, with a cheese selection alongside tea or coffee, before things are rounded off with mint, rose and violet creams.
