A commercial bus and a car have plunged into the Lagos lagoon, at the Adekunle end of the Third Mainland Bridge. Unconfirmed sources say the car was a Toyota Corolla. The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, has confirmed the incident.
Details are still sketchy but NEMA said that emergency response agencies have been mobilized to the
accident scene.

A lot of people have died in accidents on third mainland bridge. I suggest a speed limit be set and imposed for vehicles on that route.
