Most people why does Nollywood marriages end in disaster or hardly last long? Could it wrong choices or desperation? Rita Dominic just turned 38 and most people keep wondering why she is still single. It could be she wants to get it right, whenever it happens. Pressure can make one jump into a marriage you will regret at leisure.
Funke popularly known as Jenifa's marriage has hit the rocks barely a year old. Her ex- husband broke the news on Facebook stating:
"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me nd ma wife Mrs olufunke akindele,we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences.we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends.
Funke Akindele actually parked out of their home about two months ago, leaving her husband in the cold.
It's heartbreaking when marriages break up and can also be worrisome for those who are yet to take the plunge.Bottom line is Love and God. Someone said in marriage a woman should serve and love her husband while the husband should love and protect her.
"Am doing just fine, gettn along without u,don't need u anymore in ma life.u d greatest mistake av made in recent time.''
In his reaction to why he broke up with his wife on Facebook, Mr Oloyede said:
"I did so to catch Funke’s attention"!
I ran into Jenifa about a week ago, she tried to keep her her face hidden behind big dark shades and refused to take pictures with any one saying she wasn't looking picture ready and glam. Quite frankly I was surprised by her appearance and chucked it down to a movie shoot. Now I wonder if it was marital stress wearing on her that explained it.
