What happened to Lady Gaga??

The singer featured on V Magazine in some risque photoshoot looking quite skinny, with her ribcage, back and hip bones protruding, the singer reveals an alarmingly skinny frame in two other topless shots.
She is said to have shed 30lbs since her hip surgery earlier this year.
She looks like a shadow of her former self.
