Big Brother The Chase Reality Show Raked In Record Takings






Information reaching us revealed that the organizers of Big Brother Africa (BBA) TV reality raked in tons of cash from last season's show.
The BBA is one of the most watched television reality programmes and this year’s show was successful by all ratings. It kicked off on Sunday, May 26, 2013, and ended on Sunday, August 25, 2013, when the winner of the show was announced.
A brief breakdown of the figures is given below in naira:

- The Big Brother House (N10 Million naira).
- Feeding (feeding housemates for 3 months – N10 Million naira).

- Make-Up Artiste and Toiletries (N5 Million naira).
- Performing Artistes (Nigerian Artistes – N40 Million Spent).
- The Crew [50 Members] – (N50 Million naira).
- Advertisement and Promo [Television, Radio, Billboards, Print Media, Posters] – (N200 Million naira ).
- HOST – I.K Osakioduwa (N10 Million naira).
- Cash Prize – All of the USD 300,000 – Dillish Mathews (N45 Million naira).
- Travelling Expenses – (N5 Million naira ).
The expenses amounted  to N375 Million naira.
- How Much They Raked In – (Airtel Charged N100 naira per SMS – Over 5 million people voted per week for their Favorite housemates – 13 Weeks/91Days = Over N7 Billion naira  (Minus SMS By Regular Fans).
The figures above are just estimates.
