Jennifer Hudson rocks a new look

Star act: The Oscar winner performed during the show which was held at the Performing Arts centre in New Jersey

While she has changed her hairstyle over the years, 32-year old Jennifer Hudson has largely stuck to long dark tresses.
But on Saturday, she unveiled a dramatic new hairdo as she appeared at an awards ceremony in New York.
The Oscar winning actress showed off the daring pixie crop as she spoke onstage at the BET Black Girls Rock show.
Inspiration: With her successful rags to riches tale the actress and singer gave a rousing speech to the audience at the BET show Livening up the place: Jennifer swapped into a cropped zip-up and leather leggings to perform on stageSo many options! The star initially donned a scantily-clad little black dress as she posed on the hot pink carpet

    Lovely, it makes her look younger rather than those long weaves that make her look old

    Her first outfit-the skirt-isnt werking for me but the rest are on point, black is "becoming" of her
