Her video has stirred a lot of media frenzy on Youtube and has received a lot admiration for her courage in the face of life changing surgery.

Losing one's breasts to cancer can be devastating but one patient decided to make her double mastectomy surgery a happy occasion with a dance off in the operating room.

Obviously this is not normal procedure in the OR where the environment is usually staid, sterile and depressing. The inspiring 6-minute-long video, posted on YouTube, shows Cohan busting some serious moves as she wiggles and twerks to Beyonce’s hit “Get Me Bodied'' with her doctors and nurses @ UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion in San Francisco, who ignored the rules to lend their support to Cohan before she went  under the knife. Cohan requested that friends and family make videos of themselves dancing to Bey too so that she could watch them during her recovery. “I have visions of a healing video montage,” she wrote. “Nothing brings me greater joy than catalyzing others to dance, move, be in their bodies. Are you with me people?”
