Ivory Coast duo Didier Drogba and Emmanuel Eboue are in hot water with the Turkish Football Federation for their messages to the late South African icon Nelson Mandela.
Drogba and Eboue, who represent Galatasaray in the Turkish league, revealed sleeveless shirts with messages 'Thank you Madiba' and 'Rest in Peace Nelson Mandela' during their side's 2-0 win over Elagizspor on Friday.
The TFF announced they are planning to summon the two Africans to appear before the Professional Football Discipline Committee for displaying a "political messages" on their shirts.
Turkish football's governing body have recently fined players from Fethiyespor for wearing t-shirts reading 'Great Ataturk', paying homage to the founder of modern Turkey.
