Cristiano Ronaldo's Gf, slammed for controversial Topless #BringBackOurGirls Photo

Irina Shayk posted a topless photo in support of  #BringBackOurGirls campaign and got more than she bargained for. The Sports Illustrated model used the handmade note to cover her bare chest.
While dozens of celebrities have posted pictures of themselves holding a piece of paper with the hashtag #Bringbackourgirls, calling for Boko Haram to bring back the 276 kidnapped girls.
Ronaldo's girl decided to do something different : to strip topless for her Twitter picture, only covering her modesty with the piece of cardboard calling for the girls safe return.
Her fans quickly lashed out at her calling her "disrespectful".

One said:
"Pretty tasteless and disrespectful. No class. This is exactly the justification terrorists are
probably using to prevent women from receiving 'western education,'
With another asking her:
'Would you stand there naked wishing sorrow on the 9/11 victims? Would you do it for the tsunami? This is a tasteless attitude to 200 missing girls."
 Others said:

''I feel as if this is photo is insensitive. I am all for women flaunting what they got, but in the appropriate circumstance. This is definitely not one of them''.

''I don't like the way you want to talk about this''

''Just proves anyone will jump on a bandwagon to get  press ''

While supporters said the lingerie model's picture was sure to draw more awareness to the social media campaign.
