There is now a strong wind of change in the entertainment industry in Nigeria. Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has added his name to the list of Nigerian entertainers who intend to contest for political positions in the 2015 elections. He became famous for his role as 'Andy' in the movie 'Living in bondage'.
Kenneth who is a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) revealed on Wednesday that he intends to represent Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
Julius Agwu,Kate Henshaw, Kenny Saint Best, 9ice, Bob-Manuel Udokwu and Tony Tetuila, who are all entertainers have earlier declared their interests in different political offices in their states.
