Actor and movie producer Desmond Elliot is contesting for Lagos State House of Assembly in 2015 on the APC platform. An earlier post looked at this new trend of people in the entertainment industry going into politics. There seems to be something drawing many of them into the political arena. Maybe they know something we don't know. Good luck to Desmond on his political journey.

ReplyDeleteOginikwa. Is ds a race for all actors to go into politics. Guess d money in d movie industry is drying out. Biko someone should tell me y we shd vote for these actors. So dt they can increase their dressing allowance or because they act any part required of them in government. Next Mr Ibu will b contesting for president. Lol
