Pressure of marriage caused Jordin Sparks & Jason Derulo's Split.

25-year-old  Jason Derulo opened up on the real reason for his split from 24-year-old 6foot Jordin Sparks, who lost her virginity to him during their 3-year relationship, On Air With Ryan Seacrest. The Talk Dirty hitmaker revealed, 
'What happened...in a nutshell, there was a lot of tension in the relationship for a lot of different reasons... There was a lot of pressures of marriage.' 'There was a lot of arguing and stuff like that that just weighed on our relationship over time. When you stop having more good times than bad bad times, it’s time to call it quits. It becomes something that is unhealthy.'

'I'm not one to throw my business out on the street, but I thought it was important because things are getting a little out of hand' 

Backtracking a little, he clarified: 'To be fair, it was not just from her either,' he added of the pressures of marriage. 'It was kind of from everybody. That’s not the sole reason, but it definitely played a part.'

Jason again reiterated that cheating played no part in the split and added that they aren't quite on speaking terms yet.

'I wouldn't say good terms, I'll be lying if I said that, but it’s not a bad situation. There’s no bad blood. We didn’t end off on a weird way or a negative way.' 

He also explained why certain songs that he penned for his former girlfriend (Marry Me and their duet Vertigo) will now be left off his set lists: 'I think it will be tough to perform a lot of different songs,' he reasoned.
