Jonathan ratified as PDP Presidential candidate,chooses Sambo as running mate

President Goodluck Jonathan has chosen the Vice President,Namadi Sambo as his running mate for the 2015 elections. The President revealed this at the PDP Presidential Convention that held at the Eagles Square, Abuja.

Goodluck Jonathan who was ratified as the party's presidential candidate having won all 2,812 delegates votes at the convention, told party faithfuls in his acceptance speech that he had picked his "tested and loyal" Vice President as his running mate. There were rumors a few months ago that Jonathan would replace the Vice President Sambo with another party stalwart as his running mate.
