Guiliana Rancic's very slender figure caused a stir on Twitter on Sunday night.
Social media commentators were fast to note her protruding collar bone and thin arms, which she displayed in a strapless Maria Lucia Hohan mermaid gown at the Golden Globe Awards.
The 40-year-old E! News correspondent, who was presenting the red carpet coverage for the network, is often criticised over her rail thin frame.
The Fashion Police moderator refrained from an embellished necklace and left her neck area bare, opting for a diamond bracelet on her right wrist. Her Forevermark diamond accessories cost a whopping $2.2m.
The mother-of-one completed her look with a silver metallic clutch and styled her short blonde locks in loose curls

She has always been slim going from her pictures back in 2004(left) and 2006(right) below but I think it looks rather extreme now, hope she's ok.:
