Who owns these Multi Billion Naira High Rise buildings?

Five units of high rise buildings are being quickly put up on a large expanse of land carved out from rocks in the highbrow Asokoro area of Abuja.The structures are quite impressive and the photos don't do them justice. The five buildings are being built by a major construction company and sit on top of a hill and are quite conspicuous
