Tuface wants Pidgin English to be introduced in schools.

TuFace Idibia is of the opinion that Pidgin English be introduced in Nigerian schools to aid communication and transfer knowledge to kids in rural areas who use Pidgin English as their second language.
The singer shared his thoughts at the MTV Base #ChooseOrLose Roundtable which will premiere this Friday:
“For me, they can gather some linguistic professors and let them package pidgin English properly,” he said, acknowledging that this may be the most effective way of tackling the education deficit in parts of the country with a language barrier.

  1. I disagree with Tuface. I think it will take the same effort to learn pidgin English which is only spoken is West Africa to learn English language which is spoken in many countries all over the world. The advantages of English language cannot be over emphasized.

  2. I don't agree with him at all. I know how he loves pidgin. If they can learn they can equally learn English. We already have too many languages and dialects in this country already.

  3. Tuface, pls we can't heed this advice. You should plan to engage a private English teacher to help you come out of your non-fluency in English. Pidgin is no hiding place OK.
