What's going on? Michelle Keegan appears to be missing a finger in this image from her new Lipsy campaign



What is wrong with this photo of 27-year old British actress Michelle Keegan's Lipsy promotional campaign?...don't tell me you can't spot it cos it's staring you in the face :)
