Beyoncé was a ray of light on Instagram in a $455 Zadig & Voltaire Ved Deluxe Blazer and $198 Parone Deluxe Pant from the brand:  She rocked a neon fluorescent yellow suit and yellow bra, while out and about in NYC today...
