Pay back time as Kanye West's Glastonbury Festival performance gets interrupted by fan

Interrupted: Kanye West was interrupted by a stage crasher on Saturday night as he headlined Glastonbury on the Pyramid stage in Somerset

There was a 134k strong petition from angry Glastonbury fans to have his headline act cancelled.
But one music fan took matters into his own hands on Saturday night as a mocking stage crasher found his way onto stage and interrupted Kanye West's Pyramid stage performance before being dragged off.
It was comedian Lee Nelson who gave Kanye a taste of his own medicine after the rapper famously interrupted Taylor Swift and Beck during awards acceptance speeches.

Kanye was in the middle of an expletive-laden performance - which went out live on British television - when Lee invaded the stage at Worthy Farm in Somerset.
Nelson wore a T-shirt that mocked the rap artist's album Yeezus - as it read 'Lee-zus' instead - and tweeted before the gig: 'Some people were saying Kanye shouldn't headline Glastonbury so I thought I'd give him a hand.'

He was not able to have much of an impact - despite bringing his own microphone - before security bundled him off while he was still singing.
The petition to have Gold digger hitmaker Kanye axed was signed by over 100k when it was announced that he would be Saturday's headline act back in March this year.

Fans reacted with disappointment that show organisers had lined up a hip hop artist when it was traditionally a festival for other genres of music.
No doubt the performer won't react well to the stage invasion after he famously did it twice over awards that he thought had been wrongfully given to pop artists including Taylor Swift and Beck.
Back in September 2009, Kanye interrupted Taylor as she accepted an award for Best Female Video category for You Belong With Me at the Video Music Awards, which beat out BeyoncĂ©'s Single Ladies.
Then again in February 2015, the star crashed Beck's celebrations to make a point about giving his Grammy to Beyonce.
Across town, Taylor was even ironically stealing the spotlight with her headline performance at British Summer Time festival in London's Hyde Park - where she was accompanied on stage by Kanye's sister-in-law Kendall Jenner - (i.e wife Kim Kardashian's younger half sister).

Like a true professional though, Kanye continued his hotly-disputed set on Saturday, making wife Kim proud as she waited in the wings to watch him take the stage.
Faithful Kim was playing the ultimate support act after she decided to accompany the rap artist to the UK and make her unlikely festival debut.
Kim, who's pregnant with their second child after North West, refused to let Glastonbury dampen her trademark glamorous image however and arrived in stiletto heels.
The 34-year-old looked uber chic as she and her husband Kanye disembarked from their helicopter ride at Worthy Farm on Saturday afternoon.

Dressed in black strappy killer heels, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appeared less than impressed with the uneven terrain as she and the rapper, who is set to headline the Pyramid Stage this evening, headed to a waiting car.
The raven-haired beauty, who is currently pregnant with their second child, wore a tight black dress, which was styled further with a semi-sheer grey overlay jacket.
Kanye was more suitably dressed in a tanned coloured jacket, army pants and a plain grey T-shirt which he teamed with his very own Adidas Yeezy 350 Boosts.

Kim’s sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner are expected to join her at the world renowned, with the stars keen to show their support for their brother-in-law.
The recording artist was the subject of a viral online petition to have his act pulled from this weekend's line up, since hardcore music fans felt that he wasn't in keeping with the rock festival.
The Who are set to close the festival on Sunday night while Florence + The Machine, who stepped in for Foo Fighters after frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg in an unfortunate stage fall, headlined on Friday.
