Pop icon Mariah Carey‘s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Wednesday should have been all about her. She earned the pomp and splendor surrounding such an ostentatious event. But instead, the headlines were all about her emotionally unstable 4-year-old son, Moroccan Cannon, who flipped out when mommy wouldn’t give him the attention he craves.

Child experts say children are better off when raised in a stable home with both a mother and a father (preferably biological male and female parents). Children — especially boys — need strong male role models in their lives. Boys who are raised by single moms are more likely to have learning disabilities.
Remember: Early years are learning years. The crucial formative years for children are between 2 and 6. That is when they need strong support from their fathers and care and nurturing from their mothers.

Little boys search their immediate environment for social cues to teach them how to behave like boys. When a boy is raised by a single mom and surrounded by femininity, he will be confused and take his social cues from that feminine environment.
It is clear that little Moroccan suffers from some sort of behavioral disorder, probably as a result of having 2 high profile, busy, superstar parents who pencil in the time they spend with their twins.

Moroccan’s father, media mogul Nick Cannon, probably rarely sees the boy due to his busy schedule. Nick has 2 more years to try and reverse the damage he has done to his son by not being there during his formative years. After Moroccan turns six, it will be too late.
At some point you have to put your selfish needs and career aside for the emotional well-being of your children.

Do you think she's  blowing it  out of proportion, maybe the little one was just tired and bored?
