And the highest-paid actors of 2015 are....

Robert Downey Jr. is the highest-paid actor of the year, according to Forbes, raking in a cool $80 million. He's now held the title for three years in a row, thanks to his heroic role as Iron Man in the Marvel universe. The Oscar nominee starred in this year's mega-successful Avengers: Age of Ultron, which grossed more than $1.3 billion worldwide.
Downey Jr. has also played billionaire superhero Tony Stark in three highly successful standalone Iron Man films, as well as the 2012 Avengers film. The third Iron Man film and the first Avengers both grossed over $1 billion worldwide.

Actors Jackie Chan and Vin Diesel followed RD Jr. to round out the top three spots, netting $50 million and $47 million respectively. The top-35 stars included the usual Hollywood suspects, as well as international stars. Here are the top 10:

Stars like Dwayne Johnson, Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp also found themselves in the highly paid group, each known for banking steep paychecks for every project.
Avengers co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans also made the list, with $27 million and $13.5 million, respectively. Chris Pratt rounded out the Chris trifecta, nabbing the 33rd spot with $13 million. Given the recent success of Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy, get ready to see Pratt's name ascend higher on the Forbes list in the next few years.
