Jennifer Hudson Shares Her Stay Fit Tips




Jennifer Hudson admits she doesn't "workout much" due to her hectic schedule.

So, how does the former Weight Watchers ambassador maintain her svelte figure?

The multitalented mom says she keeps the weight off by staying active with her son David, who turns 6 this month, and monitoring what she eats.

"In the summertime, I like to do outdoor activities with my son like bike riding, playing basketball or skating," Hudson told People at New York & Company's Soho Jean Collection event on July 21 in New York City. "Big David [fiancé David Otunga] and I are very active parents." The Oscar-winning actress says she stays fit by "making it fun," adding "if I'm not comfortable and if I can't Jennifer-ize it and make it enjoyable for me, it's not going to happen."

And Hudson, 33, has no problem maintaining her energetic little boy's pace.

She shares: "We were outside in our front yard recently playing ball and I was like 'What other parent does this?' I know they think we're the strangest people, but we keep up with the kids."
