Fallen Angel: Candice Swanepoel took an unlucky tumble on the runway for Givenchy SS16 on Friday night as she walked for New York Fashion Week

Victoria Secret model Candice Swanepoel suffered the ultimate catwalk mishap on Friday night as she took a tumble in front of a live crowd. 
The 26-year-old South African Angel was walking for Givenchy SS16 at New York Fashion Week when she missed her footing and fell on her hands.
Like a true professional, Candice regained her composure and completed the show - if not modelling a cuts on her knees to add to the gothic ensemble.

Bruised ego: Speaking after the show, the blonde said that she was suffering from a bruised ego

Unlucky: She looked pained as she felt the ground swallow her up with embarrassment

No help needed: The blonde was helped up by an audience member but seemed to brush off the offer
