The Code of Conduct Tribunal where the Senate President,Bukola Saraki, is being tried for falsely declaring his assets has adjourned hearing on the matter to November 5th and 6th. Saraki's lawyers prayed the Code of Conduct tribunal to adjourn hearing on the case to give the Court of Appeal time to rule on an application on the same matter that is already before it.
