Foul smell force Federal House of Representatives to suspend sitting

According to reports, members of the House of Reps have adjourned all sitting till November 17, 2015, due to the stench that spread through the chamber. The smell was caused by poor sanitary conditions, stinking toilets, a leaking roof and inadequate water supply.
The Deputy Speaker, Sulai­mon Yussuff Lasun adjourned sitting till Novem­ber 17, 2015, so that maintenance work can be done. This was after Michael Etaba representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency, reported that the stench made it impossible for him to work in his office.
