There is an ongoing fire outbreak at the famous Ritz Hotel in Paris, Telegraph UK reports. The fire reportedly has gutted the top floor of the magnificent building, and the smokes can be seen from a distance in the French capital.

The fire is said to have started at the section of the hotel that was under works, at about 7am. There are no known casualties yet.
The hotel which was the home of Coco Chanel and Ernest Hemmingway, has existed since the last century. It was only closed for renovation in 2012.
