Nigerian Army meets Chijioke Uraku, the cripple, who was brutally assaulted by the army

Chijioke Uraku was recently  assaulted by two army officers who yanked him out of his wheelchair and then proceeded to beat him up for wearing army camouflage outfit.This happened in Onitsha, Anambra State.

I couldn't stomach watching the viral video.
