Bomb blasts in Borno, 6 soldiers feared dead, two others injured

An Improvised Explosive Device, IED, suspected to have been planted by the dreaded sect, Boko Haram has torn a JTF vehicle apart killing six and injuring two JTF personnel.
A statement by JTF spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Sagir Musa said the incident took place at a branch of First Bank/Mr Bigs Round About in Maiduguri city at about 12:15 am local time.
Ten suspects were arrested.

Residents in Maiduguri described the situation  as very unfortunate, and calling on the Federal Government to do something serious about such happening even if it means declaring a state of emergency in the state if that would bring solution to the crises.
JTF has sealed off the area.
