Is Sullivan Chime out of the country again on medical grounds?

It is suspected that the Enugu State Governor may have been flown abroad  again for medical reasons.He has been fairly active since his return though keeping quite well and taking care of urgent State needs especially the major road construction works going on in the State.Since his return new roads are being worked on.He had earlier disclosed his cancer treatment abroad after being away from office for four months in the UK.

Will update as I get more info from those close to him while we pray its nothing serious.He is undoubtedly one of the best Governors in the State.
