The African Movie
Academy Awards ceremony will be held on April 20, in Yenagoa capital of
Bayelsa State,will be hosted by the trio :AY, Dakore Egbuson who only recently started making red carpet appearances after being away from the spotlight been and Ama Abebrese, an actress from Ghana.
The AMAA is designed to celebrate and honor filmmakers and other professionals in the industry across Africa and in the Diaspora, the AMAA has come to be known as Africa’s most prestigious motion picture award ceremony.
This year's ceremony is expected to out do the previous ones.
