I have a question from someone that needs an urgent answer.
Would you allow your househelp who is barely two months in your employ and your driver who is about two weeks old in your employment to take your kids to school and back?
The kids are 6 and 4 years old.Their mum usually does the school run but is due to put to bed anytime now, while her hubby's work does not give him the luxury to do so.
The parents have different positions concerning the hired help doing the school run:the wife is aggitated and feels they shouldn't while the husband says there is nothing to be worried about.
What do you think? Please advice the wife cos she's beside herself with worry.
They should use a school bus if the option is available if not. Find a neighbour whos kids attend same school and ask to help u a lil while.
ReplyDeleteA background check should be done about the two domestic staff after which the one that is found reliable could be given the responsibility.
ReplyDeleteBy and large, I would prefer to go for the driver hence the car under his trust can be used for conveying the kid.
I don't see anything to be worried about cos they two can't connive. Since they are both new but the paarents shd get the school authorities involved to know. When the kids are dropped off or picked up.
ReplyDeleteThe parents shd do proper kyc on the help.
ReplyDeleteAnd if therz no neighbour make d pikins kukuma sidon for house,na cambridge dem dey? Abi na havard.when she born d pikin she can resume sch run,d headache and stress she go get for dat go better pass d one she go get if devil enta d minds of her newly recruited staff, chikina!Jumai
