Men agree to share wife, and not fight over her

Two men have agreed to share a wife after realising that they had both been having an affair with her for more than four years.

The men from Kenya have signed a written contract that states they will never fight over the woman and will do ‘shifts’ in the house. If the woman gives birth, the men have both agreed to raise the child as their own.
A community police officer in Kenya, Adhalah Abdulrahman, told the Kenyan Daily Nation: "I heard people fighting and went to check, but I was surprised to see two men fighting over a woman who is said to be a widow and a mother of twins. I tried solving the issue but they refused, each insisting he could not live without the woman.”
The woman was originally asked to make a choice between the two men, but she said that she could not live without either of the men. The men, Sylvester Mwendwa and Elijah Kimani, then decided that they would share the anonymous woman.
