Being single & happy the ''Sandra Bullock'' way.

The actress, 49 – who hasn't publicly dated anyone since splitting from ex-husband Jesse James in 2010, following his cheating scandal – has since put her all into being a single mom to adopted son Louis.

"If [a relationship] should come along, great," Bullock told Entertainment Weekly, gracing the cover of its entertainers of the year issue. "But I feel like I'm not missing anything yet. Maybe one day I will. But my son is 3 years old, which is an amazing age. Four is an even better age. So if something happens, great, but if not, I've got plenty to do."

Adds the Gravity star, reflecting on the past: "Life is a series of disastrous moments. In between those moments, that's when you savor, savor, savor."


In 2012, a source told PEOPLE that Bullock "is going to be very careful about who she allows in her life because of Louis. He is her priority. He is her world."
