Naomi Campbell advises fasting once a week.
Ever wondered how former supermodel Naomi Campbell stays so slim and trim? Well, Naomi Campbell thinks she has found the elixir of youth: fasting once a week.Sadly, the answer is not in some new fangled fad diet where you get to eat actual food. indeed, the model credits her svelte figure to good ‘old fashioned fasting. “I think everyone should fast at least once a week,” she said in an interview with Heat magazine. ” We eat so many different things; I think it’s good to clear your intestine. I think it can prolong your life'' She explains in an interview with Heat Magazine.

Fasting is not for everyone period.

ReplyDeleteU can't loose weight by fasting,everybody knows that. Eat small quantities three or four times a day & u'll loose weight. U have to keep ur metabolism running,if u starve urself it shuts down so u can't loose weight.
