The 31-year-old singer fronts the magazine’s music issue alongside Kobe Bryant in an image that she describes as ‘when retouching goes wrong.’
Yesterday Miss Minaj posted multiple photos to her Instagram account, saying that the publication elongated her forehead, among other corrective offenses.
'I love my personal unretouched photos where my forehead doesn't mysteriously grow in length, 'she wrote.
She posted candid photos from the shoot’s set for fans to compare with the allegedly retouched cover photo.
When looking at the images side-by-side it looks as if Miss Minaj’s forehead might indeed have a pointier shape on the cover than it does in real life.
Her arms and waist also appear to have been made smaller.
Still proud: Despite her upset over the cover, Miss Minaj still admitted that she is 'honored' to have done the project with basketball legend Kobe Bryant
But another commented: ‘Why do you care? You’re photoshopped in every pic anyway.’
Regardless of Miss Minaj’s upset over the cover, she still posted another Instagram to express her gratitude for the opportunity of starring alongside a world-renowned basketball star.
‘So honored to be a part of this with Kobe. Had a blast,’ she wrote.
