Heidi Klum is single again.
The supermodel mom and her bodyguard boyfriend of over a year, Martin Kristen, have decided to part ways, both personally and professionally, E! News confirms. The split reportedly happened a few weeks ago.
"Martin was there for her during a challenging time in her life and it was something she will always be grateful for," a friend close to Klum told People, which was first to report the split.
Another source explains that their professional relationship also ended with their romance. "They are no longer working together," the source said. "Life is about timing. He was incredibly supportive and they were there for each other, but they're moving on now. They still have a great friendship."
Klum recently shared a few photos of herself on vacation in Lake Tahoe. "Just made it !!!!!! Lake Tahoe here I come :)," she wrote, and later added, "Peace and quiet . Lake Tahoe."
The celeb began dating Kristen soon after her split with longtime hubby Seal. "I'm very happy," she told Ellen DeGeneres during an appearance on the show in Nov. 2012. However, Klum made it clear that she's not planning to have any more little additions to her family.
"I don't think so," the supermodel told E! News when asked if more kids are in her future. "Four is great." Those four are Leni, 9, Henry, 8, Johan, 7, and the youngest, 4-year-old Lou. "I'll sleep when I'm old," Klum joked about juggling work and single motherhood. "I don't have time for any of that now."
Klum recently reunited with Seal for their daughter Lou's birthday, and seemed more-than-amicable by sharing a sweet smooch.
It was in January 2012 when the pair announced they were calling it quits. "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," the duo said in a joint statement at the time.
