Watch Lupita Nyong’o's touching acceptance speech at the 2014 SAG Awards

The Kenyan actress beat Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey and Jennifer Lawrence for the award for Best Supporting actress in her spectacular role in Steve Mcqueen's  ''12 Years a Slave'' on Saturday 18th January 2014 at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in California, USA. 

She continues to wow on the red carpet too, this time she rocked a gorgeous  turquoise Gucci dress with a subtle train and artistic gold-and-turquoise floral embellishment, she topped off the look with gold drop earrings and a gold cocktail ring  by Fred Leighton as well as a gold clutch.

Congrats girl! She has had a great start for the year ;-)

Hopefully Chiwetel Ejiofor will also come out a winner for the same movie in the Oscars :-)
