The Happiest City In Nigeria



Happiness means different things to different people. It includes the state of joy,contentment,delight,high spirits,felicity,jollity,enjoyment,merriment,etc,etc.
I think that Lagos is the happiest city in Nigeria. Despite all odds, Lagosians always have reasons to celebrate and be happy. Where do you think is the happiest city in Nigeria?
