"A Day without Horns in Lagos" kicks off today! No Horns Today.
The Lagos Horn free day is an initiative against noise pollution, indiscipline on the road lack of respect to road users and impatience etc,to curb negative road behaviour.. Do you think people in Lagos who need to drive with a special kinda skill will survive a day without honking that horn? If you live in Lagos please tell us how it's going :) Below are some tweets from the Commissioner for Transportation, Lagos- State, Hon. Kayode Opeifa.
