Pharrell Williams reveals why he surrounds himself with women as he covers GQ

Cover guy: For the February issue of GQ, Pharrell posed for the cover photo as one of the most prominent music makers of the past year

The 41-year-old has been one of the pop-music industry's strongest forces over the past few years, with hits such as the mega-successful Happy.
His willingness to cry publicly has led to a  whole series of memes.
And Pharrell Williams was happy to talk about embracing his sensitive side, in a new interview with GQ.'I am a sensitive person, so I want to be with sensitive people,' Pharrell explained when asked about his female assistants and colleagues.'Women have a way of expressing themselves that I can relate to more honestly.''They're pretty magical, the women that are here,' he added. 'They sense things before it happens.'

He fronts GQ Magazine's  February issue, which is devoted to The Legacy Project - music makers who have been important in the past year.
And he became rather philosophical in his interview.'You want to be camouflage?' asked Pharrell when the issue of fitting in came up.'Go ahead. Blend in. But we want to be that twinkle in the sky. And you might not be able to see that star now. But it's daytime. Wait till it gets dark.'

On the cover, Pharrell's looked casual and cool in a black-and-white-striped sweater partially hidden under a sleek black leather jacket.
Other artists profiled in the February issue of GQ include St. Vincent, Sam Smith, Future, Mark Ronson, Stevie Wonder, Diplo, Kim Gordon, Rick Ross, FKA Twigs, James Blake, Drake, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Karen O. Spoon, Nas, and Iggy Azalea.

I guess having women around him makes him ''happy'':)..And if his wife doesn't mind...
