New Couple alert: Is Lupita Nyong’o & Common dating?

After Lupita's infamous pearl dress controversy it's refreshing to hear some romantic story about the Oscar winner ;)..going by the rumor mill, there may likely be a hot romance going on between two Oscar winners: Lupita and Common.

Recently, fans of the rapper and actress spotted the entertainers out and about together in New York City.See some tweets beow:

I am currently sitting in a theatre with Lupita Nyong’o and Common about to watch Big love. Be jealous. #starstruck
Oh you know sitting 2 rows away from Lupita Nyongo and common!!

A few hours later, more fans tweeted out that Common and Lupita were at Pershing Square having dinner and drinks:

So I’m at the @pershingsquare1 and ran into Common and Lupita on a date [shocked face]

The two were joined by a guest.
This could all very well be just be an innocent date between two friends who share the same stylist. Both entertainers share the same stylist so the possibilities of them hanging out with each are endless..

Besides, Common may still have the hots for Serena Williams.
Over the past few weeks, rumors have also been swirling that Common and ex Serena  are possibly working things out. Serena attended the Oscars last month and although the rapper brought his mother along as his date, Serena was without a doubt his biggest fan that night.

 

Yesterday Common stopped by Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning Show, and said this bit about his personal life.

I’m single. I go out on dates. I haven’t really found a woman that I’m just like, OK I’m gonna settle down. I ain’t out here wild, because I’m focused on stuff I’m doing, but it’s nice to go out on dates.

But it seems Ebro isnt buying his single status story..he tweeted: ''My good friend lying about Lupita..U smashing bruh stop!!
