Congratulations to rappers Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill. The couple met after Meek came out of prison 2 months ago, and are now  engaged to be married.Nicki dated Sarafee for about 12 years before they broke up and she got involved  with Meek.She showed off her big rock on her Instagram below:
