Hulk Hogan stepped out for the first time since he was removed from the WWE Hall of Fame after an audio transcript that features him making racist slurs was released on Friday.
According to Complex.com, WWE wiped its website clean of any trace of Hulk Hogan after they learned of an alleged recording of the Hulk using racist slurs against Johnson, 43.
In the alleged audio, Hogan can be heard calling The Rock “nigger” and a “Sambo.”
Here’s an excerpt of pillow talk with a lot of profanity, from the sex tape with the wife of shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, in which Hogan confides to Clem’s wife about his daughter, Brooke, being sponsored by a “black billionaire” whose son may or may not be doing Brooke:
Hogan, 61, was seen taking a trip to the gym in Miami with wife Jennifer McDaniel on Saturday.
Following the release of the audio transcript, Hogan apologized for his remarks in a exclusive statement to People magazine.
"Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it," Hogan said.
He continued, "This is not who I am. I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs."
Hogan has since been receiving support from friends, family and fans, including his daughter, Brooke Hogan.
"If you knew the dad I knew, you'd know his tender heart," she wrote in a poem dedicated to her father. "He'd never want to hurt his fans, or family from the start. If you knew my father, you would know how hard he fought ... and the way it brought a smile to people, light, medium and dark."
The former WWE wrestler has remained vocal on social media, thanking everyone who has shown their encouragement.
"Thank you to all my friends, family and business partners for all your love and support, you guys know who I really am and I love u 4 that. HH," Hogan Tweeted on Saturday.
